YOU'RE VISITED BY VOSA OR THE POLICE 

At some stage you may find VOSA or the police knocking at your door.  This could be to interview you for a goods vehicle offence or it could be a VOSA spot check of your vehicles and maintenance records or for various other reasons.

What ever the reason, you should always speak to us as soon as you become aware of a visit or planned visit by the authorities.  Even a seemingly inocuous visit could have potentially serious future ramifications.  A quick chat with your legal adviser could save a lot of costly trouble later on.   

In some cases it may be a good idea to have a solicitor with you if for example you are being formally interviewed by the police. 

In other cases, such as a VOSA visit, a brief prep talk with us could make all the difference to enable a smooth and stress free VOSA inspection.
