NA Commercial Solicitors is the solicitors set up by Simon Newman on the 1st April 2006.  The firm specialises in legal services to road transport operators and businesses involved in road transport (both goods and passengers).

Simon has been involved in Transport Law since 1999.  Various members of his family have been involved in the Road Transport Industry as hauliers, transport managers and maintenance contracts.  Simon therefore has a practical understanding of the sector beyond mere expertise in the law.

We provide services to operators and transport businesses in all parts of Great Britain.  During 2011 we have represented clients in Inverness in the far North of Scotland and Eastbourne in the far South of England - and all places inbetween.

 We regularly appear at public inquiries in all eight British Traffic Areas.  And can appear on your behalf in all courts in England and Wales. 

The office of NA Commercial Solicitors is based in Doncaster - right in the centre of the country.  This gives us easy access to all parts of Great Britain as we're at the hub of the major north / south and east / west motorways.

Where a meeting is necessary we will meet you at your premises, at our office or at a convenient place inbetween.  We do not make any extra charge for travelling.
